April 17 is my first birthday. April 8th is my rebirth and the birth of something very cool in 48 Boom Street.
There is indeed a backstory that deserves to be told because these days many people find themselves on the negative end of a random decision to be cut loose. My story would make a great Netflix binge drama but this is not the right time.
That said, there are things that were positive about the 8 years that brought me to that moment, and it is in those 8 years where I learned how to do things in a unique way to provide value to people selling or buying B2B solutions.

My name is Vin Messina and you can learn a bit more about me here.
On April 8th, 2024 I had to make some decisions about my future. I could have found a job but I decided instead to find myself and do so inside a consulting practice built around expertise I developed in my 25 years of professional B2B sales and almost 7 years as a practicing CPA.
As a seller, I witnessed and experienced the struggles both sellers and buyers endure. Over the years it started to occur to me that both sides were, and are, making the same mistakes. I am on a mission, a crusade even, to neutralize those struggles.
Over time I will post about Sales, Buying, Change, Change Management and miscellaneous topics that drive more success in the following areas.
Helping people assess the problems that get in the way of their performance
Helping people assess the solutions that will get them what they need to optimize their performance
Helping people take the necessary steps to evolve the way they work so the value they need is achieved
I believe deep down that if both sellers and buyers focus on these three areas, success will come.
